Scripture Study: Animals in the Bible: God Created the Great Creatures

Six Saturdays, starting on October 24, 31 & November 7, 14, 21,28, 2026

2.30 pm to 3.45 pm (please note earlier start time) In the Parish Center

Whether you are an animal lover, pet owner, or just plain interested in God’s miraculous and mysterious creation, please join us to read selected chapters and verses from the Bible where our main theme will be God’s great creatures.
Specifically:
Week I: The Dove of New Beginnings – Genesis Chapters 1 & 8
Week II: The Thirsty Deer – Psalms 18 & 42
Week III: Safe inside a Fish – Jonah Chapters 1 & 2
Week IV: The Lost Sheep – Luke Chapter 15
Week V – Consider the Birds – Matthew Chapters 6 & 10
Week VI: The Humble Donkey – Matthew Chapter 21
You need not be familiar with these Books to attend the study; just bring your curious minds and your love of Great Creatures, regardless of who they are! All relevant material will be provided; you are also most welcome to bring your own Bible(s).
